About the IACC
Comprised of approximately 250 corporations, trade associations, and professional firms, and founded over 40 years ago; the IACC is the world’s oldest and largest organization representing exclusively the interests of companies concerned with trademark counterfeiting, piracy, and the related theft of intellectual property.
IACC members include many of the world’s best-known brands from a broad cross-section of industries such as luxury goods and apparel, automotive, consumer goods, entertainment, pharmaceutical, and other product sectors.

The Program Analyst will be an important contributor in one of our major IP enforcement programs – the IACC MarketSafe SME Program developed in collaboration with the Alibaba Group. The Program Analyst will provide hands-on support to small and medium-sized companies looking to enforce their intellectual property on Alibaba’s e-commerce platforms by helping to process infringement complaints and providing Chinese language support. The Program Analyst will also contribute to the IACC RogueBlock Program by supporting the development and maintenance of the Program’s network mapping and target selection process. The Program Analyst role is executed under the supervision of the Senior Program Manager. Responsibilities include:
- Process participant submissions: Review and ensure all participants’ submissions are made in accordance with operational guidelines. Process complaints, disputed claims in accordance with program protocols. Track relevant deadlines and participants’ responses. Effectively communicate with English-speaking participants on operational issues related to submissions. Report and escalate issues to Senior Program Manager.
- Data entry and translation: Enter data, provide translation from Chinese to English, and update information in the Program Portal to ensure timely reporting to participants. Process data accurately and efficiently. Report trends to Senior Program Manager. Track key data points as directed.
- Participant communication and engagement: Coach participants on the submission process as needed. Respond to operational questions and communicate with participants as needed to ensure a positive Program experience.
- Network mapping: Update, refine and maintain the program’s network mapping and target selection processes. Coordinate with Program Manager to incorporate relevant information and observations. Develop framework for implementation of selection process. Incorporate input from the IACC team and service providers.
Required: Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese
Preferred: Experience in data analytics
Required: Bachelor’s degree
Required: One year of work experience (including internship experience)
