Description/Details

As Brand Protection Paralegal you will report directly to the Legal Director Brand Protection for Tommy Hilfiger, and will provide vital support in driving components of the global brand protection strategy, whilst being an integral resource for the entire brand protection team. The successful candidate will have an analytical mindset, possess exceptional organizational skills and be detailed-oriented.

In particular, you will have the responsibility to:

  • Contribute to the successful implementation of the global Tommy Hilfiger brand protection strategy;
  • Create and maintain detailed and accurate records of all brand protection matters in the our case management system, DH Anticounterfeit (CaseMate), ensuring data integrity;
  • Support in tracking and analyzing counterfeit data for trends, intelligence and investigative targeting;
  • Assist with timely and accurate product authentication, and support in the preparation of training materials for customs, law enforcement and government agencies on the identification of counterfeit Tommy Hilfiger products;
  • Manage the preparation of legal documents for signature and legalization;
  • Assist with the coordination of our global network of law firms, investigators and other service providers;
  • Draft presentations and reports on brand protection;
  • Provide administrative support for the brand protection team;
  • Other duties as assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position.

Requirements

  • Passionate and knowledgeable IP paralegal/administrator with a minimum of 3 years’ experience;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English;
  • Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment;
  • Exceptional computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office, Power BI, OSINT and IP case management software;
  • Strong sense of teamwork, with an ability to work independently and accomplish team priorities without day-to-day oversight.
