About the IACC
Comprised of approximately 250 corporations, trade associations, and professional firms, and founded over 35 years ago; the IACC is the world’s oldest and largest organization representing exclusively the interests of companies concerned with trademark counterfeiting and the related theft of intellectual property.

The members of the IACC represent a broad cross-section of industries, and include many of the world’s best known brands in the apparel, automotive, consumer goods, entertainment, pharmaceutical, and other product sectors. The IACC is committed to working with government and industry partners in the United States and abroad to strengthen IP protection by encouraging improvements in the law and the allocation of greater political priority and resources, as well as by raising awareness regarding the enormous—and growing—harm caused by IP violations.

As the leading voice for companies on counterfeiting issues, the IACC engages in issue advocacy, provides training to law enforcement and customs agencies, and develops targeted programs to help trademark owners protect their rights, at the national and international level.

Position Description: The Program Manager is responsible for the implementation of protocols and coordination of daily operational logistics for IACC Program(s).


  • Provision of investigative support for the online enforcement programs: With input and oversight from the Counsel & Director of Strategic Planning, and in coordination with the Program Analyst, as needed, the Program Manager performs day to day management functions to ensure efficient and accurate operations of IACC Programs.
  • Investigation and Analysis of Program claims. Working under in coordination with the Enforcement Analyst, the Program Manager analyzes claims according to established protocols by monitoring claims;
    • liaising with third-party service providers to execute protocols for claim delivery, information collection, and submission to program partners
    • monitoring and documenting trace message outcomes
    • providing updates to the Counsel & Director of Strategic Planning.
  • Development and implementation of protocols for the Program: In coordination with the Enforcement Analyst, the Program Manager consults with Counsel & Director of Strategic Planning to provide its analysis of existing protocols, information relating to current trends, and recommendations for necessary or desirable changes to operational procedures. It also consults with Counsel & Director of Strategic Planning to provide insight and information regarding investigative operations, and to support problem-solving and policy development, as needed.
  • Provision of operational and IT support for the organization: The Program Manager also supports the IACC’s functioning by providing a range of operational and IT support as needed.
